Each 40 x 40mm box section post is crafted from 316 marine-grade stainless steel, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and ensuring durability in all weather conditions. Every component of the system—including clamps, elbows, and fittings—is also made from 316 marine-grade stainless steel, guaranteeing consistent quality and performance.
For added functionality and style, you have the option to include a matching 40x 40mm stainless steel handrail with your balustrade.
You can also add an opening gate to your balustrade. Prices start at £250.

Dimensions
All our balustrades are designed to a standard height of 1100mm, with gaps no larger than 100mm, ensuring full compliance with building regulations.
We can manufacture balustrades to any width you require, up to any size. If you’d like to discuss sizing in more detail before placing an order, please give us a call.
Glass information
We use 10mm Toughened Safety Glass which is up to five times stronger than standard, non-toughened glass. Its enhanced strength makes it ideal for Juliet balcony designs, allowing more light into your space without compromising on safety. All of our toughened safety glass meets European Safety Standards, and we can provide a certificate of conformity upon request.
This glass is created through a specialized process, where edge-worked panels are subjected to intense heating and rapid cooling, resulting in its superior durability. In the unlikely event of breakage, it shatters into small square fragments to minimize the risk of injury. Toughened safety glass is commonly used in buildings for unframed assemblies (such as balustrades), structurally loaded applications, and other areas where safety is paramount in the event of human impact.
Finish and Colour Options
As standard this product comes in a chrome stainless steel metal finish, with no paint or powder coating. We also offer a black finish.

The product comes with stainless steel fixings, touch-up paint and plastic bolt covers to achieve a professional finish.
Lead Time and Delivery
Lead times can vary throughout the year as certain periods are busier for us than others, but typically we would advise a lead time of 4-5 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Please note this is 5 weeks from the date payment is received, not from enquiry.

Delivery is via our dedicated courier DX. Balustrade delivery charges for UK locations are:

If it is more convenient you are welcome to collect your product from our warehouse in Rochdale. Just give us a call to book your collection.
If you require delivery outside of the UK mainland please call us to discuss a price.
We do not provide install services, however, we provide comprehensive fitting instructions and typically an experienced handyman or builder will be capable of installing all of our products.
Technical and Safety Information
- Made from steel conforming to BS EN 10025.
- All welds are to BS EN 1011-2.2001.
- For safety purposes there are no gaps greater than 99mm in any of our designs.

Quality Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service we provide, we will accept change of mind refunds of unused products that are returned to us in perfect condition within 2 weeks.
